HBO is on to something here in a very big way. This helps with my "God Mode" critique from last week, though it brings up a new question: Why don't bullets do the same thing to the Man in Black? Oh, and what would fire do to a Guest? I assume it would burn them, and given that we've now seen explosions and dropped lanterns, fire seems like a viable threat to the safety of Guests in the park.All told, a terrific episode that ramped up the crazy factor and the mystery to new heights. Not badly, but enough to maybe think twice about getting in gun fights.
It's exactly what HBO needs to fill in the gap between seasons of Game of Thrones, and as something that might continue after that show ends.
